Welcome to Fins Beach House. Renovation of Fins Beach House was completed in December 2008. We now have a modernised property, but still with the 'old-fashioned' feel.  The house is a typical old style Arabic dwelling built on the courtyard principle with buildings around the perimeter of the property and the garden on the inside. There is a gravel parking area inside then a native plant garden and a grassed area with a few more formal flower beds along some walls

Fins beach house is in the Sultanate of Oman, situated at the junction of the Arabian Gulf and the Indian Ocean.  Fins beach house is under two hours drive from Muscat (Muscat International Airport) and forty minutes from the idyllic town of Sur, on the sea side of the stunning Eastern Hajer Mountain range

The house is two minutes drive (ten minute walk) from a beautiful beach  while the 2300m Eastern Hajer mountains are a fifteen minute drive

The house has three bedrooms; one double with single, one triple and one single. All have ensuite bathroom and are tastefully decorated. The two larger bedrooms are very large and cover about 36m2 each

The kitchen - diner has all modern cooking devices and table seating for six.  There is additional seating for four at the kitchen island.

Sitting Room (Majlis) has traditional Arabic floor cushions and carpets. This can also be used to sleep up to nine extra persons
